PURPOSE: A system for sharing client information having a security and a method thereof are provided to share necessary client information by performing an identical encryption in participating companies, prevent a drain of client information possessed by the participating companies, and extract non-decoded common information. CONSTITUTION: In a system for connecting a manager company and a plurality of participating companies through a network, a manager company processing device(200) supplies a cryptography unit, receives coded member client information of a plurality of participating companies, extracts duplicated member client, and transmits necessary contents out of results of processes using the extracted client information to the participating companies. A participating companies processing device(300) codes member client information joined using the cryptography unit supplied from the manager company, transmits the coded information to the manager company, and receives necessary information out of information processed in the manager company. A cryptography managing unit(210) creates and manages a cryptography unit related to a cryptography process. A data managing unit(220) processes coded client information. A service managing unit supplies processed client information to the participating companies.
