PURPOSE: A low power LCD source driving circuit is provided to reduce power consumption using a multiplexer having a decoder. CONSTITUTION: A resistance element(200) generates a reference voltage. The reference voltage generated by the resistance element(200) is applied to a buffer(203). A register(201) stores an external input digital data. A multiplexer(202) includes a decoder. The decoder selects and outputs one among output voltages of the buffer(203) according to an output signal from the register(201). The decoder decodes upper bit data among the digital data from the register(201). A switch selects a corresponding voltage among output voltages from the buffer(203). A multiplexing section selects and outputs one among output signals of the switch according to lower bit data as the reference voltage. A reference voltage corresponding to the external input digital data is an LCD panel to drive an LCD panel.
