PURPOSE: A turbocharger having a transmission is provided to form necessary supercharge pressure by rotating a compressor shaft at high speed and to maintain the supercharge pressure without a waste gate. CONSTITUTION: A turbocharger having a transmission comprises an exhaust gas inlet port(105) letting exhaust gas; an exhaust outlet port(110) discharging the exhaust gas by being mounted on a turbine case(115); a turbine(120) rotating by the exhaust gas by being contained in the turbine case; a suction inlet port(125) letting suction air; a suction outlet port(130) supplying the suction air into an engine; a compressor case(135) having the suction inlet and outlet ports; a compressor(140) rotating in the compressor case; and turbo shafts(145,150) connecting the turbine and the compressor. Thereby, the turbocharger having the transmission maintain supercharge pressure by rotating the compressor shaft at high speed.
