PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suturing apparatus with which the dissected part or the like of a tissue can efficiently be sutured while pulling it closely and operation time can be shortened. SOLUTION: This apparatus has an inserting part 72, which can be inserted into a celom, a top end part provided on the inserting part 72, a staple 89 as a suturing means provided on the top end part while having a pair of puncture parts 89a and 89b which can be punctured into the viable tissue, for suturing the viable tissue, and a pair of pressing members 120a and 120b as operating means for independently operating a pair of puncture parts 89a and 89b of the staple 89. |
