PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyzed water forming device for empty bottles which is made portable and easily usable without the selection of places. SOLUTION: The electrolyzed water forming device 1 for the empty bottles is constituted by partitioning the inside of a hollow rod-like body 31 by a diaphragm to form an anode cell and a cathode cell and arranging an electrode (anode) in the anode cell and an electrode (cathode) in the cathode cell and is equipped with an electrode section 3 provided with a check valve 37 to permit the flow to the cathode cell side on the bottom side of the cathode cell and a slit (long hole) 38 communicating with the outside on the flank of the other anode cell and a control section 5 capable of capturing the electric power from a DC power source and passing the current for electrolysis to the electrode (anode) and the electrode (cathode).
