PURPOSE: A buoyancy-preventative drainage facilities on the bottom of a underground parking lot is provided to prevent the leakage of water on the bottom of a underground parking lot or a underground building, and to secure the maximum safety of the bottom of a underground parking lot. CONSTITUTION: A underground bottom(54) is installed on the upper side of the concrete basement(52), and a drainage perforated drain pipe(56) is installed on the back surface of the underground bottom between the space of the concrete basement and the underground bottom to guide the underground water flowed from the outside of the underground parking lot(50) and the concrete basement toward the water-collecting manhole(62). An opening part(64) is installed on the upper side of the water-collecting manhole for connecting a drain pipe, and a water pump is installed at the inside thereof. The drainage perforated drain pipe has a perforated drain pipe, being made of polyethylene, installed at the inside thereof, and gravels are provided on the outside. A polyethylene neutron web covers the perforated drain pipe and the gravels, and the web is fixed by a coupling band. The web and the band firmly fix the perforated drain pipe and the gravels. A U-shaped connect bolt and a coupling plate are fixed by a nut to fix the perforated drain pipe inside the polyethylene neutron web.
