PURPOSE: A cooling fin and a method and an apparatus for manufacturing the same are provided to simply fabricate the cooling fin and to improve heat exchanging efficiency while narrowing a width of the cooling fin. CONSTITUTION: A binding member(10) including wires, which are bound to each other in a longitudinal direction thereof, is wound around a winding roller(20). A conveying roller(30) is installed at a front of the winding roller(20) so as to forwardly convey the binding member(10). A pair of fin forming rollers(40,41) are installed at upper and lower portions of the conveying roller(30). The fin forming rollers(40,41) have corrugated sectional shape. A corrugated cooling fin(10A) passing through the fin forming rollers(40,41) is cut into a predetermined size by means of a cutter(50).
