SOLUTION: A part or all of a group of projections obtained by arranging a large number of projections on the surface of a sole 20, a tire 30, a sheet mat 40, the step of stairs 50, a floor material 60, tiles 70, a handle grip 80, a glove 90 or a rail 100, have directional amoeba-like projections 3 provided with recessed parts 4 and/or projecting parts 8 on their upper surfaces, and the directional decision axes of the amoeba-like projections are different from each other.
