<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the strength of members and bonding, reduce man-hour for heat treatment, and improve the effect in a golf club head formed by bonding a plurality of members. SOLUTION: Before bonding a plurality of members, a heat treatment, shot peening, HIP processing, and ion plating, plating process are conducted, whereby the work for heat treatment and the like can be facilitated more than the processing is conducted after bonding. A more sure effect can be easily obtained, and then bonding is performed by laser welding or electron beam welding method having such a narrow range of thermal influence not to lose the effect of heat treatment or the like.</p> |
