PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin filter for an ink-jet recording device to satisfy the all requirements that the production cost is low, that the production cost of an ink-jet recording device can be decreased, that the recycling property of the ink jet recording device can be improved and that foreign matters mixed in the ink can be surely captured while the flow passage resistance of the ink in the ink-jet recording device is controlled to be appropriate for ink-jet recording. SOLUTION: The resin filter for an ink-jet recording device is obtained by adding and kneading a salt to a fused resin selected from the group of polyethylene having 30,000 to 80,000 number average molecular weight and polypropylene having 50,000 to 100,000 number average molecular weight to prepare a fused material for molding, molding a body from the material and then cleaning the molded body with water to remove the salt from the molded body. |
