PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mischief to a control device by preventing a tool such as a screw driver from being inserted from clearance between an upper door and a lower door while safely and easily replacing a reel unit and the control device. SOLUTION: A front door 3 is composed of the upper door 30 for blocking up an upper side part among an opening part 11 of at least a body cabinet 1 so as to be freely openable-closable, and the lower door 40 for blocking up a lower side part among the opening part 11 of the body cabinet 1 so as to be freely openable-closable. A lower door side end part of the upper door 30 is provided with a hiding part 34 reaching up to the reverse of an upper door side end part of the lower door 40.
