PURPOSE: Provided is a water treatment apparatus using plasma gas discharge in reactor. CONSTITUTION: The water treatment apparatus using plasma gas discharge comprises a reaction vessel(41), a first discharge electrode plate(42) installed in the reaction vessel(41), an aerator(45) installed in the reaction vessel(41), a wastewater inlet(46) provided at a portion of the vessel(41), an effluent outlet provided at the opposite portion of the inlet(46) to the vessel(41), a second discharge electrode plate(43) installed over the wastewater contained in the vessel(41), a ground electrode(48) installed outside the vessel(41), a radio frequency voltage supplying device(44) for supplying a radio frequency voltage to the first discharge electrode plate(42) in the vessel(41) to generate plasma in the wastewater, thereby generating ozone (O3) and OH- radicals in the wastewater.
