PURPOSE: Shock absorbing member structure at a rear-end collision of a vehicle is provided to prevent injury of passengers and fire by minimizing deformation with distributing force applied to members with the pyramid structure of the rear floor side member and the reinforcing member. CONSTITUTION: An impact buffer member of a vehicle is composed of a rear floor side member(10) absorbing impact at a rear-end collision; a rear floor front cross member(12) connected to the end of the rear floor side member to transmit lateral force; and a central floor side member formed vertically to the rear floor front cross member. A rear-end collision reinforcing member(20) is connected between a bending part of the rear floor side member and the rear floor front cross member, and the triangle or pyramid is formed with the rear floor side member, the rear floor front cross member and the rear-end collision reinforcing member. Deformation is minimized, and passengers are protected with distributing force at a collision.
