PURPOSE: A solenoid valve of a brake system is provided to open and close a valve conveniently in applying the large amount of braking force to the inlet of the valve, and to stream the large amount of fluid at once by modifying the valve structure. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve for a brake system is composed of a hollow valve body(30); a fluid inlet(31a) formed at the side of the valve body; an outlet(31b) formed in the end of the valve body; and a plunger moving back and forth in the valve body. The valve body has a fixing valve seat(32) having a first orifice(32a) and a first seat surface(32b), and a moving valve seat(33) including a second orifice connected to the first orifice and a second seat surface(33b) formed at the inlet of the second orifice. The moving valve seat moves back and forth between the fixing valve seat and the plunger. The second seat surface is closed by the plunger and the first seat surface is closed by the moving valve seat in moving down the plunger. The second seat surface and the first seat surface are opened in moving the plunger up.
