PURPOSE: A method of forming an uneven pattern of a synthetic resin floor panel is provided to improve the forming ability of the uneven pattern, and construction ability, and work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An upper panel is supplied to a forming roller(2) having unevenly formed parts(1) and a heater. The upper panel and a lower panel(4) are wound around the surface of the forming roller. A nozzle of an extruder(6) is installed near the contact area of the forming roller and upper panel, and thus, an intermediate panel material(5) of a melted state is extruded. The melted intermediate panel material of high temperature, 160¯170 degrees centigrade, is combined with the upper panel by the extruding force and at the same time is forcibly fitted into the unevenly formed part, to form uneven patterns(7,7'). And then the lower panel is supplied and pressed on the rear surface by a pressing roller(9) and the formed uneven pattern is gradually cooled, passing through cooling rollers(8,8').
