PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image detector capable of acquiring an inexpensive, light-weight and high-quality digital radiographic image. SOLUTION: A first component for generating an electric charge corresponding to the intensity of incident radiation, a second component for accumulating the charge generated by the first component, and a third component for outputting a signal based on the charge accumulated by the second component are formed on a fourth component. A picture signal of the incident radiation is outputted based on the signal outputted from the third component. In this case, the fourth component is constituted by using a resin. The first component is formed by using amorphous selenium (a-Se), lead iodide (PbI2 ), a cadmium- tellurium alloy (DcTd), a cadmium-zinc-tellurium alloy (CdZnTe), or mercury iodide (HgI2 ). The second component is a capacitor. The third component is formed by using an organic semiconductor or an element of a divided silicon laminated structure.
