PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, an information provision system and its method capable of eliminating inconveniences caused by use of a frame function and providing various contents, without lowering display performance. SOLUTION: The program makes a computer realize the function of determining whether or not frame page data to be displayed in a frame area for constituted by dividing a display area, has been acquired to be displayed on the frame area and a function of acquiring page data in which the frame area and the frame page data to be displayed in the frame area are defined when it determined that the frame page data is not acquired which should be displayed on the frame area.
