PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyurethane porous having desired dense and uniform open microcellular structure comprising gelatinizing a polyurethane resin emulsion mixture followed by making a crosslinking reac tion, wherein the mixture is uniformly heated in carrying out the thermal gelatinization/crosslinking reaction. SOLUTION: This method for producing the polyurethane porous comprises gelatinizing a mixed liquid comprising a polyurethane resin emulsion, a water-soluble polyisocyanate compound and a polyamine compound by uniform heating treatment as a combination of dip heating and microwave heating followed by carrying out the crosslinking reaction; wherein particularly, the uniformly heating means comprises the simultaneous microwave heating of both the polyurethane resin emulsion mixed liquid and a temperature regulating medium into which a vessel containing the mixed liquid is dipped. |
