PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To a battery housing capable of placing outdoors without wasting the arrangement space and fearing an infiltration of rainwater or the like by stacking simple batteries or the like and directly fitting a door fitting frame and a door thereon. SOLUTION: Plural unit batteries 2 with simple batteries 1, from which terminals 1c of both polarities project forward, contained and fixed in a unit case 2a to arrange them in vertical rows truing up their front faces are vertically arranged with up their front faces turned up and fixed to each other, and a door fitting frame 4 and a cover-fitting frame 5, which are somewhat longer than the lateral length of the unit battery, are fitted and fixed to the front and rear of the unit batteries 2, respectively, to fit a front door 6, a rear cover 7, side covers 8 and a top cover 9 at their corresponding places. |
