PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when the frame received by means of the controller of a base station from a mobile radio terminal is null data, the controller is not able to compare the CFN imparted to the frame with the timing value designated from higher-order software and becomes impossible to start decoding. SOLUTION: An RFN scheduling retrieving section 112 retrieves RFNs on the RFN scheduling table 114 of an RFN scheduling section 113 based on a RFN supplied from an RFN counter section 111. Upon detecting a matching RFN, the section 112 discriminates the registered state of the RFN value of the RFN and, when the RFN value is registered, starts processing by acquiring a processing address. Consequently, decoding is started at the time corresponding to the RFN stored on the table 114 even when data to be transmitted to a network from a DHT 110 do not exist because of that the data frame transmitted from the mobile radio terminal to the controller of the base station through the base station is null data. |
