SOLUTION: When a driver sets a desired position as a position predetermined to image in a car navigation system 1, the position predetermined to take a picture image is stored in a memory portion 8. When the current position of a car reaches approximately the position predetermined for imaging, a camera 16 on the car takes on image, and the image taken by the camera 16 is stored in the memory portion 8. When the driver performs operation for displaying the picture image, the image taken by the camera 16 is read from the memory portion 8 and is displayed on a display portion 4. |
