PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image information input/output device and a management system and control system for managing the same by using mobile devices. SOLUTION: One embodiment of this invention provides an image information input/output device including; a radio communication module, capable of carrying out by varying a send output power to a plurality of mobile radio terminals, located away from the image information input/output device through arbitrary distances respectively; a distance calculating module that calculates a distance of each of the mobile radio terminals from a send-output power value of the radio communication module; a mobile radio terminal output module that manages identification information and user information specifying each of the mobile radio terminals, and the distances and time calculated by the distance calculation module; an interval timer, that periodically makes communication with each of the mobile radio terminals and calculates the distance; and a user determining module for detecting that any of the users approached the image information input/output device, based on the identification information and for specifying the user approached the image information input/output device, based on the identification information, whenever the communication with each of the mobile radio terminals is made. |
