PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily adapt printing to an information recording medium, etc., using electrophotographic processes which are unlikely to be used by an average individual. SOLUTION: A user accesses a printing site for conducting label-printing processing of an optical disk by the electrophotographic processes provided in a public communication network 3 by using a user terminal 1a. The user creates desired images by using frames and pictures, etc., provided at the printing site and selecting favorite images and transmits its data and information of instruction for printing execution to a printer 2 via the public communication network 3. The printer 2, receiving the instruction, executes printing, reception of a printed matter, and payment of charges are completed by convenient methods for receiving the printed matter and for paying the charges selected by the user. |
