PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card which has superior glossiness, water resistance, and flaw resistance by providing an ink jet recording layer with superior visibility. SOLUTION: The IC card is provided with the ink jet recording layer formed by sequentially laminating an ink reception layer and thermoplastic organic resin particles from a side close to an IC card base material. Specially, the thermoplastic organic resin particles are of 70 to 150 deg.C in minimum filming temperature(MFT). The ink reception layer is formed principally of inorganic particulates which are at least one kind among porous silica, vapor-phase method silica, alumina, alumina hydrate, and vapor-phase method alumina. |
