PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PLL circuit provided with a plurality of narrow band voltage-controlled oscillators (hereinafter called narrow band VCOs) that can reduce the time to select a narrow band VCO suitable for the frequency of an input signal among a plurality of the narrow band VCOs. SOLUTION: The PLL circuit provided with a plurality of the narrow band VCOs is characterized in that the PLL circuit includes a controller which selects a narrow band VCO with an oscillating frequency suitable for the frequency of the input signal among a plurality of the narrow band VCOs. After the controller selects the narrow band VCO suitable for the frequency of the input signal, the phase of the oscillation output of the narrow band VCO is synchronized with the phase of the input signal.
