PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system and method that can accurately control a plurality of connected devices being control objects by means of voice so as to eliminate the need for mounting a voice recognition software program on each device. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 200 receives identification information used to identify a device 300a from the device 300a. The mobile terminal 200 transmits voice data acquired on the basis of an entered voice to a server 100. The server 100 identifies the device 300a on a network 600 on the basis of the received identification information. Further, the server 100 converts the received voice data into a control instruction given to the identified device 300a. Then the server 100 transmits the control instruction obtained by the conversion to the identified device 300a. The identified device 300a receives the control instruction from the server 100 and executes a job on the basis of the control instruction. |
