PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, an image processing method, its program, and a storage medium capable of optimally and quickly transferring data to a printer. SOLUTION: At the time of receiving plotting commands 601, 602, and 603 from an operation system, a printer driver selects whether to transfer those plotting commands as a PDL command or a bit map command to a printer. The plotting command 602 to be transferred as the bit map command is temporarily developed in a bit map memory as bit map data 606. The plotting commands 601 and 603 to be transferred as the PDL command are converted into PDL commands 608 and 609, and the colors of the plotting commands are converted into prescribed which can be discriminated from the bit map data, and bit map data 607 are obtained. |
