PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car stop fence post with an emitter provided with waterproof structure that can exhibit sufficient waterproofness at a low cost. SOLUTION: This car stop fence post 1 with the emitter is provided with a light emission part 3 mounted to a fence post body of hollow cylindrical shape. The light emission part 3 is formed by forming an annular groove 32 on the outer peripheral surface of a nearly cylindrical light emission part base body 31 and winding a strip surface emitter 33 with waterproof coating 34 applied thereto, around the annular groove 32 and fixing it. A lead wire 6 connected to one end of the surface emitter 33 is led into the light emission part base body 31 from a through-hole 36 formed at the annular groove 32 of the light emission part base body 31, and connected to a control device. A sealing compound 7 is filled in a clearance between the through-hole 36 and the lead wire 6 to watertightly seal the through-hole 36.
