PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starter circuit that can restart a main body circuit even when the main body circuit is not operated normally or is stopped after normal operation. SOLUTION: The starter circuit is provided with a start signal supply means 11 that supplies a stop signal to stop the operation of the main body circuit 20 then a standby signal is at a standby level, supplies a start signal to a circuit start node 22 of the main body circuit 20 when the standby signal changes to have a start level from the standby level, and stops the supply of the stop signal, a start control means 12 that stops the supply of the start signal to the start signal supply means 11 when the standby signal has a start level and a voltage at a voltage monitor node 21 of the main body circuit 20 reaches a prescribed level, and a restart signal generating means 13 that supplies a restart signal to a circuit start node 22 of the main body circuit 20 when the standby signal has a start level and the voltage at the voltage monitor node 21 of the main body circuit 20 reaches an abnormal value.
