PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex power generation plant capable of improving the efficiency of the plan and stably operating a boiler. SOLUTION: This complex power generation plant comprises the boiler, a gas turbine, an exhaust heat recovery boiler applying a gas turbine exhaust gas as a heat source, a high-pressure steam turbine driven by the steam generated from the boiler and the exhaust heat recovery boiler, a reheating turbine driven by the steam reheated through the high-pressure steam turbine, a system for supplying the steam generated in the exhaust heat recovery boiler to the generated steam of the boiler guided from the boiler to the high-pressure stream turbine, a system for diving the high-pressure steam turbine and supplying at least a part of the stream guided to the boiler to a reheater of the exhaust heat recovery boiler, and a system for supplying the steam reheated by the reheater of the exhaust heat recovery boiler to the stream reheated in the boiler.
