PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extended nip roll press which can be easily constructed and with which high drying degree is achievable in fiber webs. SOLUTION: The extended nip roll press dehydrates a fiber web 5 at a press nip 3. In the extended nip roll press, a press shoe 10 crosses a stacking plane S at the center of a driving roll 2, and at the same time, the press shoe 10 can be displaced to the radial direction along a loading plane L which inclines at an acute angle against the stacking plane S toward the exitdirection.
