PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously and positively perform efficient work and to uniformly and positively fill a repair material with sufficient finish accuracy. SOLUTION: The pavement surface on a crack is cut off by a grooving machine 5 along a crack initiation part to continuously form a groove, and treatment such as cleaning with compressed air is applied to the groove located at the upper end of the crack. A repair material is then filled in the groove and the crack by an injecting machine 18. The grooving machine 5 is driven by an engine and comprises self-propelled wheels and a disk cutter provided between them.
