摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaing an optical recording medium which copes with a high NA, has uniform film thickness and low double refraction, is nearly free from a stain and a scratch and has an optical transmission layer of satisfactory transparency and to provide a sheet member for forming the optical transmission layer used therefor. SOLUTION: When the optical transmission layer 11 is formed on one principal surface of a substrate 7 by sticking, the optical transmission layer 11 is constituted at least of an optical transmission sheet 11a and an adhesive layer 11b. The sheet formed by providing a releasing film on the surface of the adhesive layer 11b and a protector 32a on the surface of the optical transmission sheet 11a is supplied. A sheet 4 for sticking formed by peeling the releasing film is stuck to the principal surface of the substrate 7 and then the protector 32a is peeled. A holding part is provided at the outer peripheral part of the film to be peeled to peel the film by holding and drawing the holding part in the peeling direction. The sheet before it is stuck is stored by being wound around a roll so that the releasing film lies on the outer peripheral side.
