PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensive optical parts made of plastics having excellent low reflecting property, a simple structure and excellent durability, and whose productivity is high. SOLUTION: The optical parts have a magnesium fluoride film formed on a plastic substrate and have a silicon oxide film formed thereon, or a silicon oxide film formed between the substrate and the magnesium fluoride film. |
