PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam turbine power generating system capable of executing the calibration by an actual machine, and improving flexibility in piping. SOLUTION: In this steam turbine power generating system provided with a boiler 1, turbine system-side water flow channels L1, L2 for supplying the water as fluid to the boiler 1, a deaerator (water storage means) 4 mounted in the water flow channels L1, L2 for storing the water, and a condensate flow meter 7 and a feed water flow meter 9 (turbine system-side flow meter) for detecting the flow of the water on the basis of the differential pressure, a channel L3 for calibration is branched from the water flow channels L1, L2.
