PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a silicone composition having nice sense of touch and high viscosity and low shearing. SOLUTION: This composition comprises a reaction product of Ma MHb MEc Dd DHe DEf Tg THh TEj Qj , wherein M=R<1> R<2> R<3> SiO1/2 ; MH=R<4> R<5> HSiO1/2 ; ME=R<6> R<7> RESiO1/2 : D=R<8> R<9> SiO2/2 ; DH=R<10> HSiO2/2 ; DER<11> RESiO2/2 ; T=R<12> SiO3/2 ; TH=HSiO3/2 ; TE=RESiO3/2 ; Q=SiO4/2 ; R<1> , R<2> , R<3> , R<8> , R<9> and R<12> independently express each a 1-60C monovalent hydrocarbon group: R<4> , R<5> and R<10> independently express each a 1-60C hydrocarbon group or RE; each RE independently expresses a monovalent hydrocarbon group having one or more 1-60C oxirane parts; a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i and j express each 0 or a positive integer.
