PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesion of a chip-like core and a coil body with an external electrode and form the coil body on the chip-like core in a fine line and fine pitches. SOLUTION: A coil body 13 is formed into a spiral shape on the whole surface of a chip-like core 12, and a pair of external electrodes 21, 22 are formed on the chip-like core. Each of the pair of external electrodes is electrically connected to each of both ends of the coil body. The coil body comprises a coil substrate 13a deposited by electroless plating and a coil laminate 13b deposited on the coil substrate by electroplating. The pair of external electrodes comprise a pair of electrode substrates 21a, 22a deposited by electroless plating and a pair of electrode laminates 21b, 22b deposited on the pair of electrode substrates by electroplating. The width and height of wires of the coil body are formed as 50-400μm and 2-100μm, respectively. The pitch between the element wires of the coil body is formed as 80-500μm.
