PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aromatic vinyl-based resin composition having transparency, heat resistance and impact resistance. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 5-40 wt.% of a graft copolymer obtained by graft copolymerization of 60-5 pts.wt. of a vinyl-based monomer (total of the monomer and rubber particles is 100 wt.%) to 40-95 pts.wt. of rubber particles 2,500-20,000Åin average size aggregated and enlarged by adding 0.1-15 pt(s).wt. of an acid-containing copolymer to 100 pts.wt. of diene-based rubber particles 500-2,000Åin average size and (B) 95-60 wt.% of a polymer (polymer blend) composed of 40-99 wt.% of an aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit, 1-40 wt.% of a vinyl-based monomer unit whose homopolymer has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of >=120 deg.C and 0-59 wt.% of a (meth)acrylic ester-based monomer unit.
