PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser capable of discharging a trace quantity of liquid drops with simple structure and having excellent controllability, reliability and stability. SOLUTION: This dispenser 1c comprises a head part provided with a nozzle 20 and a discharge part formed integrally with the nozzle 20 or fixed to the nozzle 20 detachably or by bonding to discharge a dispensed liquid 16 from a discharge hole 21a at the end part; a dispensed liquid pressurizing means for pressurizing the dispensed liquid 16 toward the discharge hole 21a; a head part moving means for abruptly moving the head part and slowing down or stopping; and a valve part 6 for opening the discharge hole 21a by the abrupt movement of the head part and closing the discharge hole 21a by the slowdown or stop of the head part.
