PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly stick magnetic powder to the surface of a pipe with simple device constitution. SOLUTION: This pipe magnetic powder flaw detector 10 comprises an inspection liquid tank 20, a pipe vertical moving device 30 and an electrode moving device 40, and magnetizes the pipe 1 in an inspection liquid to form a magnetic powder pattern at a weld defect part.
