<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new manufacturing method constantly and massively manufacturing stable and high-quality level variable vanes without using any cutting and welding. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the variable vane 1 is characterized by having a preparation process for a preform for making a blank material blanked out into a prescribed board thickness into the preform W, or the original form of the variable vane 1, a molding process or clamping the preform W by a pair of opposed molds and forming a vane part 11 and a shaft part 12 into desired shapes, a trim process for trimming a non-product portion a of the preform W sticking out from a product portion in the molding process, a rolling process for pressurizing the shaft part 12 of the preform W turned into an almost product part alone after completing the trimming onto a pair of dies and forming it into a prescribed thickness diameter, and a barrel process for wholly polishing the surfaces of the vane part 11 and the shaft part 12 of the preform W.</p> |
