PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air valve wherein coupling mechanism between a valve stem and a piston is improved and the piston exhibits a long life. SOLUTION: The air valve is equipped with a cylinder 110 having at least one air port 111 to which gas flows in and out; a piston 113 provided inside the cylinder and performing linearly reciprocating movement by flowing in and out of the gas; a first valve stem 115 penetrating a center part of the piston and having a first end part having a first coupling part; and a second valve stem 119 having a second coupling part, and a first end part protruding from the cylinder. The first coupling part and the second coupling part are coupled to each other.
