PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way clutch suppressing heat generation during racing. SOLUTION: The one-way clutch is provided with an inner ring 1, a plurality of rollers 2 arranged in an outer circumference of the inner ring 1, an outer ring arranged coaxially with the inner ring 1, engaging the rollers 2 in a space with an outer circumferential face of the inner ring 1 by relatively rotating in one direction to the inner ring 1 and having cam faces 4a releasing engagement by relatively rotating in another direction in an inner circumferential side, a holder fixed to the outer ring and holding the rollers 2, and springs 5 held by the holder and energizing the rollers 2 in engagement directions. The springs 5 are arranged so that energizing forces of the springs 5 are countervailed by component forces of predetermined centrifugal force acting on the springs 5 themselves energizing the rollers 2 in the engagement directions by the centrifugal force.
