PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive resin which has excellent adhesiveness to an adherend at the interface between the adhesive resin and the adherend, excellent cohesive power of the adhesive resin itself and consequently, can be adhered to the adherend by strong power. SOLUTION: Maleic anhydride and a peroxide are dripped to an ethylene- octen-1 copolymer (0.899 g/cm<3> density, 9.44 MFR) produced by using a metallocene-based single cite-based catalyst and the maleic anhydride is subjected to graft polymerization to produce the adhesive resin. This adhesive resin composition is obtained by mixing and diluting the adhesive resin with the same resin as the polyolefin resin.
