PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for cleaning off, which can surely remove organic stains such as oils and solder flux residues adhered to the surfaces of parts such as electronic parts or mechanical parts after soldered and slightly forming an oxidative corrosion on the metal surface of these parts. SOLUTION: This agent for cleaning includes at least one kind of anticorrosive agents selected from the group comprising a) 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, b) N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and c) benzotriazole, benzothiazole, 2- mercaptobenzothiazole, 2-mercaptbenzimidazole and thiourea, and d) 1-methyl-4- isopropenyl-1-cyclohexene modified to be soluble in water, as the essential components.
