PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed antimicrobial agent capable of exhibiting excellent antimicrobial actions irrespective of the size and structure of a material to be treated. SOLUTION: This foamed antimicrobial agent comprises a foaming agent and an antimicrobial agent containing a silver chloro complex salt and further, if necessary, an oxidizing agent.
