PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To interlock the opening action of the car side door with the landing side door of an elevator by a simple and compact mechanism. SOLUTION: This door interlocking device for interlocking the car side door with the landing side door when the car side door of the elevator is opened comprises a slider 2 sliding together with the car side door 1, a pressing roller 7 fixed to a drive belt 6 for opening and closing the car side door 1 and engaged with the slider 2 through a play in the door opening and closing directions, a swing arm 10 installed on the slider 2 and moving between an engagement position for engaging with the engagement member of the landing side door and a non-disengagement position, and a guide part 8 installed on the slider 2 and having a guide face 8a for supporting the pressing roller 7 from the opposite side of the swing arm 10. Since the pressing roller 7 is moved along the guide face 8a relative to the slider 2 when the car side door 1 is opened to press the swing arm 10 to more to the engagement position.
