PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete block, and a construction method and a reinforcing method for a wall using the same, which allow the wall with various thicknesses to be constructed of the concrete block of one kind. SOLUTION: The concrete block 10 is equipped with a block body 12 and protrusions 14 protruding from one surface of the block body 12. A recess 16, in which right and left spaces having the protrusion 14 sandwiched in between communicate with each other, is formed on the lower side of the protrusion 14. The concrete blocks 10, which constitute both surfaces of the wall to be constructed, undergo masonry in such a manner that surfaces, on the sides of the protrusions 14, of the concrete blocks 10 face each other; and a grout material is placed between the concrete blocks 10 so that the wall can be constructed. An anchor 30 is driven into a surface of an existing wall 28; the concrete blocks 10 undergo the masonry in such a manner that the surface of the existing wall 28 faces the surface, on which the protrusions 14 are provided, of the concrete block 10; and the grout material is placed between the surface of the existing wall 28 and the concrete blocks 10, so as to reinforce the wall.
