PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a thermoplastic resin film capable of exhibiting antifogging performances by effective wetting and spreading of water when dew is condensed and waterdrops are formed on the film surface, and to obtain a coating antifogging agent having excellent storage stability and coating properties, capable of forming an antifogging layer having excellent initial antifogging properties, antifogging persistence, antifogging dripping properties, transparency and film uniformity without causing deterioration or rusting promotion of a producing machine for preserving or coating the coating antifogging agent. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin film is characterized as having inorganic particles having <=100 nm particle diameter on the surface.
