PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for nondestructively and easily detecting a phase change state inside a solid to allow the total quantity inspection or inspection for every small lot of a substance such as meat with dispersion in temperature control for every product in industrial production. SOLUTION: Prescribed frequency and prescribed output sound wave are applied to one side of frozen meat, and vibration is generated in a multi- component mixed substance. In this state, the phase change state between a solid phase and a liquid phase is generated by raising or lowering the temperature, and vibration receiving strength on the other side of the frozen meat is measured to determine the phase change state between the solid phase and liquid phase, thus detecting the phase change state in thawing the frozen meat nondestructively. The phase change state between the solid phase and liquid phase can be more accurately determined by measuring sound speed in addition to the vibration receiving strength. |
